4. Sukiyaki-style meat hot pot with herb-fed pork and spring vegetables (with egg)

■Sashimi: Assortment of seasonal seafood sashimi served in a boat-shaped platter (subject to change depending on availability) 6 items (3 individual servings available)

■Grilled dishes: Grilled rockfish with green onion and miso / Grilled rockfish with fruit and miso dengaku sauce

■Simmered Dishes: Conger eel bun with young bamboo shoots and Japanese dashi sauce / Fried red snapper with spring vegetables and young bamboo shoot sauce

■Salad: Salt-marinated grilled red pork belly, served as a salad.

■Rice: Chicken and bamboo shoot rice / Shrimp tempura roll with basil sauce or herring sushi roll

■Dessert: Cherry Blossom Crystal Ball and Amaou Strawberry Roll Cake
