3. Spring vegetables and lamb jingisukan (grilled lamb in a cast iron pot) (with jingisukan sauce)

4. Sukiyaki-style meat hot pot with herb-fed pork and spring vegetables (with egg)

5. Herb-fed pork and spring vegetables in a kimchi stew, served in an iron pot.

■Simmered Dishes: Deep-fried greenling with spring vegetables and bamboo shoots in a sweet sauce / Deep-fried red snapper with cheese in a dashi broth

■Salad: Seared Spanish mackerel and soft tofu, Choreg salad

■Rice Dishes: Seared trout pressed sushi / Chicken and bamboo shoot rice
